Do you want to be the one who creates a safe, professional, and warm welcome for our guests – even when most are asleep? We are now looking for a Night Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Kosta Boda Art Hotel.

Kosta Boda Art Hotel is a unique design hotel located in the heart of the Glass County, where art, glass, food, spa, and experiences meet. The hotel features 102 rooms, restaurants, the Glass Bar, a full-service spa department, and modern conference facilities. It is the people here who make the difference, and together we create memorable experiences for our guests.

About the role

As a Night Receptionist, you are the face of the hotel during the evenings and nights. You are responsible for providing our guests with a personal and professional reception while handling administrative tasks and bookings.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Handling bookings and guest inquiries
• Administrative tasks and reporting
• Ensuring the hotel runs smoothly during evening and night hours
• Providing world-class service to our guests

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Evening shift: 13:30–22:00
• Night shift: 21:30–07:00

The position is initially on an as-needed basis, but for the right person, it may lead to a longer-term temporary position.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, flexible, and proactive. You thrive working independently, are service-oriented, and have a natural ability to build good relationships with both guests and colleagues.

We would appreciate it if you:

• Have experience in hotel or reception work
• Have worked with VisBook (advantageous)
• Are accustomed to administrative tasks
• Have good computer skills
• Speak and write Swedish and English

Education in hospitality, tourism, or service is an advantage.
