At ICA Maxi Stormarknad in Växjö, we are seeking an engaged and driven Team Leader for our delicatessen department – someone who wants to create joy around food every day while developing both the team and the department to the next level.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you are a key figure in the delicatessen section, focusing on the cold cuts counter. You lead and support your team in their daily work, ensure high quality, and guarantee that our customers receive the best service – every time. You are an inspiring leader who enjoys working closely with your team, with a strong focus on food, people, and results.

We are looking for someone who

- Has a genuine interest in food and cooking – preferably with experience from retail, restaurants, or similar environments

- Has the ability to motivate and engage others

- Is structured, responsible, and thrives in a dynamic environment

- Has experience leading teams (meritorious, but not a requirement)

- Always puts the customer first and strives to create a pleasant and inspiring environment

Working hours:

The work involves varying hours and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
