ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for a summer replacement (approx. 80%) for our client in Örnsköldsvik. The client requires double assistance for most of the day, meaning you will usually work together with a colleague. We would appreciate it if you could start your employment as soon as possible, no later than week 27. The summer placement runs from an immediate start (latest June 29th) until August 31st, or as agreed. After the summer, there is an opportunity to continue as an hourly replacement. There are also good opportunities for extension in the form of a parental leave replacement.

Here you have the opportunity to work day shifts, evening shifts, or 24-hour shifts, both on weekdays and weekends!

Start date is by agreement, and we would be pleased if you could start your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a 22-year-old young woman who lives just outside Örnsköldsvik. She is a warm, happy, and grateful person who appreciates the little things in everyday life and spreads a lot of joy around her.

As an assistant, you are a support in her daily life and help her with what she needs to make the day run smoothly. This includes, among other things, tube feeding, medication, and transfers, but also accompanying her on activities she enjoys, such as going to the stable, swimming, or taking other short trips. She likes animals, nature, music, and creating, and enjoys being outdoors regardless of the weather.

The work takes place in a safe and structured environment with clear routines. During day and evening shifts, you always work together with a colleague, which allows you to support each other and create a good daily life for both the client and yourselves. You will become part of a team that gets along well, and you will receive a thorough introduction.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Our client is looking for a personal assistant who is calm, meticulous, responsive, and engaged. It is important that you are loyal and feel comfortable with an open and direct dialogue with both the employer and colleagues. Experience as a personal assistant is not a requirement – we value the right attitude, personal suitability, and your personal competence above all.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car for commuting to and from work.
• No fur allergies, as there are fur-bearing animals in the home.
• Non-smoker

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (polisutdrag). From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
