To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a System Engineer Fuel Systems for a project at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner within the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities.

This is initially a 12-month consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs with very good prospects for extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Do you want to work with advanced fuel systems in an international environment where technology, collaboration, and innovation are in focus?

Our Process Engineering team within fuel systems is now expanding, and we are looking for a Process System Engineer to join the team in Finspång.

About the Role

You will become part of a team consisting of 5 engineers in Sweden and India who work on order projects. In total, we are 19 engineers within gas and liquid fuel systems. We are a team that supports each other, collaborates closely with internal interfaces, and works with an open and trust-based culture.

You also belong to the larger engineering organization within Medium Gas Turbines, where we collaborate closely with colleagues in installation, electrical, and control. Together we drive projects with the goal of creating the best possible solution for both the customer and the company.

The position is located in Finspång and requires on-site presence.

Your Responsibilities

• Have technical responsibility for the fuel system in projects and ensure that technical requirements from the customer and the company are met.
• Evaluate technical solution proposals from suppliers together with other technical functions and contribute to development and standardization.
• Build and maintain valuable collaboration with suppliers and other disciplines.
• Responsible for technical solutions and the system's economics within the project.
• Work closely with internal interfaces and be an active team player.
• Provide quick and qualified technical support during troubleshooting together with the project manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• A university degree or civil engineer degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education.
• A few years of relevant work experience and are ready for the next step in your career.

As a person, you are:

• Responsible and quality-conscious.
• Communicative and thrive in collaboration with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
• Curious, driven, and motivated to find the most effective and sustainable solutions.
• English is a requirement and Swedish is meritorious.
