You will lead projects in a technology-intensive environment where future products, technical capabilities, and new concepts are tested, demonstrated, and further developed. The role is close to innovation and development, with many touchpoints between internal specialist teams and external stakeholders. Projects often span longer periods and culminate in larger demonstrations or deliveries where you help create clear progress from idea to result.

You will become part of an established project management team that is growing and working closely together. In several initiatives, the work is structured with shared leadership, where you collaborate closely with another project manager to keep planning, priorities, and execution aligned. This is a role for you who enjoys technology-adjacent projects where conditions may change and where you have significant room to influence how the work is driven forward.

• You lead demonstration and development projects from planning through execution to closure.
• You drive projects forward together with internal resources and external stakeholders.
• You create structure, follow up on activities, and ensure that goals, deliverables, and schedules are maintained.
• You coordinate multiple stakeholders and build effective collaboration between technology, business, and customer-facing functions.
• You work closely with another project manager in projects where shared leadership is used to secure progress and quality.
• You adapt working methods and priorities when project needs or conditions change.

• 5–12 years of experience in project management.
• Experience leading and driving projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience from IT, manufacturing, or technology-related operations.
• Ability to work systematically while adapting to changed conditions.
• Very strong self-drive and good initiative.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with both customers and internal organizations.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with agile working methods.
• Experience from development, innovation, or demonstration projects.
• Technical understanding and system knowledge.
• Experience in complex technical environments.
