We are now looking for a Sales Engineer who wants to take responsibility for Norrland and help develop the business in a region with great industrial potential.

About the role

You are responsible for a large geographical district and spend most of your time with customers, making travel and overnight stays a natural part of your daily routine. This role suits you if you thrive with the freedom to plan your own day, prioritize your activities, and drive the business forward.

The role covers the entire sales process from initial contact to long-term business, involving active prospecting, customer meetings, needs analysis, and follow-up. A central part of the job is managing your own pipeline and working systematically in CRM to prioritize the right deals and create continuous growth.

You will become a key technical advisor, helping customers identify the right solutions to increase operational safety, efficiency, and quality in their operations.

At the same time, you are never alone. You collaborate closely with technical support, inside sales, and colleagues both in Sweden and internationally.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the process industry, automation, or electrical engineering
• Technical education or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of industrial processes and automation
• Experience in customer contact, sales, or technical advisory
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Experience working systematically with CRM or other sales tools

We prefer that you are based in a location along the Norrland coast, such as Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, or Skellefteå.
