About the Role
As a sales-oriented insurance intermediary, you will become a key player in matching customer needs with the best insurance solutions. You will become part of an exciting initiative focused on finding new private customers through cold calling and building a strong customer base. The role requires you to be quality-conscious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and not be afraid of a challenge!
You will be part of a team of 9 insurance sales representatives where collaboration and team spirit are central. Before you make your first call, you will undergo certified insurance training and have full access to sales materials and coaching. You will be assigned a dedicated team leader who supports you every day to ensure you feel secure in your new role.

Responsibilities
This role is about listening, understanding, and guiding Lendo's insurance customers – not forcing anything on anyone that they don't need. Here is a glimpse of what you will do on a typical day:
📞 Contact cold customers via phone – individuals who know Lendo but do not currently have insurance.
💡 Conduct needs analyses and guide the customer to the right insurance solution.
🚀 Identify business opportunities and create added value for the customer.
🔍 You create security. Insurance can be difficult to understand, but you make it easy for the customer by explaining Lendo's insurance products in a simple and clear way.
🎯 Work with high phone activity and clear targets.
We are looking for someone who
- Has completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
- Has experience in a service-oriented role and feels ready to take the first step into sales.
- Is communicative, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has a good command of English.
