The Role of Machine Operator

As an employee at NCC Industry AB, you will work out in the field together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable colleagues and perform milling operations in various types of projects. Your tasks include performing various duties within the milling operations, such as sweeping with a wheel loader or operating a milling machine. You will work in teams of 2–4 people. The job also involves transporting equipment between different projects.

You have a basic education at the equivalent of upper secondary level, preferably within vehicles, technology, or construction. Experience in paving/milling is a big plus.

We would like you to have experience in maintaining and operating machinery. A B- and C-driving license is required, and it is an advantage if you also have a CE license and/or an operator's license for wheel loaders/construction equipment.

The projects are located throughout northern Sweden, so travel is part of everyday life. Offices are located in Gävle and Arjeplog. Placement is by agreement, but possible locations include Hudiksvall, Gävle, Borlänge, and Mora.

The position is a permanent employment. A probationary period may apply.
