We are now looking for a Lead Technician for our team in Luleå who wants to help secure Sweden's critical infrastructure.

What are my responsibilities? ⚡

As a Lead Technician, you will have a varied and responsible role where you are involved from the initial installation to the final delivery to the customer. You will work practically with both copper and fiber installations while taking greater responsibility for the planning and execution of projects.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Install and commission Cat 6 and fiber networks, both indoors and outdoors
• Work with termination, fiber blowing, fiber splicing, and measurement
• Install and configure access points for modern Wi-Fi networks
• Perform troubleshooting, service, and simpler electrical work
• Plan and lead work at customer sites
• Ensure high quality and efficient delivery in projects
• Act as a technical leader and support the team in daily operations
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and clients

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience in similar work
• Strong technical competence and the ability to work goal-oriented with a focus on delivery
• A high school education with a technical focus or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
• Experience working with electricity
• Good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good understanding of English
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission

As a person, you are engaged and do what is required to solve the task, driven by maintaining high customer satisfaction. You are independent and communicate easily with both colleagues and customers. The position is classified for security clearance; therefore, approved security clearance and Swedish citizenship are requirements.
