About the position

Sockerstan nursing home consists of 72 apartments spread over four floors. Humana Sockerstan is a nursing home for those in need of somatic care or dementia care. Working hours and employment type: Day, evening, and weekend. Summer substitute position.

Salary: Salary is determined by agreement, and other benefits are according to the collective agreement.

Job description

As a summer substitute at Humana Sockerstan, you have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and carry out weekly planning, handle medications, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you distribute tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as SSK (nursing assistants), rehabilitation staff, and the on-duty nurse.

Examples of tasks:

• Be the contact person and be responsible for your customers' weekly planning and implementation plan.
• Follow up on your customers' weekly planning and implementation plan.
• Receive delegation of medication from SSK.
• Carry out fun activities.
• Handle documents and deviations.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as a keyword. Experience in person-centered work is meritorious, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good cooperation skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:

• Are educated as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) or have equivalent work experience.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working within elderly care or home help services.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
• Experience with operations run by private operators.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
