One of our valued employees is going on parental leave, so we are now looking for an Accountant for a fixed-term position. The role is broad, varied, and crucial for our continued development.

Since 2002, the Gothenburg Family has worked to make Gothenburg more fun. Today, we operate 20 restaurants and several properties, driven by the same entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating experiences that bring the city to life.

About the role
As an Accountant here, you will work independently and broadly – but always with colleagues nearby when you want to bounce ideas around. In our office on Tredje Långgatan, you will find a wonderful team that is passionate about both their work and Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supplier and customer accounts
• Bank transactions and ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations and monthly closing
• Summaries and reporting to authorities
• Preparatory work for audits and annual financial statements

In short: you are a key player who ensures our finances are balanced – and contributes to our ability to continue growing and developing.

Who are you?
We believe you have a relevant degree from a university or a vocational college, followed by 1–2 years of experience in similar tasks, and feel confident in accounting workflows. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and gain energy from a workplace full of life and activity. As a person, you are engaged, meticulous, and unpretentious. You are both analytical and solution-oriented, and you can quickly prioritize correctly when many things are happening at once.
