We are an established company currently building our own in-house sales department for occupational health and training services. We are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to help shape the department from the ground up – establishing structures, building team culture, and delivering results.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. This is a role for someone who wants to build.

About the role

As Sales Manager, you have overall responsibility for the department's sales and development. You lead and coach the sales team in their daily work, are responsible for the team's joint budget as well as your own sales, and drive campaigns from idea to execution. You establish structures, track key performance indicators, and work closely with management to shape how the department grows. Here you have real authority to influence – both results and working methods.

We are looking for you who

You have documented experience in sales leadership and coaching within direct telephone sales and are accustomed to taking responsibility for budgets and results. You are a natural leader who engages and develops the people around you, and you thrive in an environment where you can put your mark on something new. Experience from selling services within occupational health, training, or similar industries is a plus.
