Your Responsibilities

Here, you will have a varied job in a modern production environment where you work both independently and together with your colleagues. As an operator, you are responsible for the assembly and handling of electronic products in production. You work with assembling components on circuit boards, refilling materials, and monitoring machines to ensure a stable and efficient production flow.

Your Profile

You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team. A technical interest and a talent for practical work are important parts of the role, preferably in combination with experience from industry or production. Precision and quality characterize your work approach, and you have an eye for detail. We place great importance on attitude and the willingness to learn. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and be flexible as shift work is involved.

Additional Information

In this process, Crosscontrol collaborates with Konsultia. All questions regarding the position or the advertisement should be directed to Konsultia. The position begins with an employment as a consultant via Konsultia. After the initial consultancy period, the ambition is for the employment to transition to a direct employment with Crosscontrol, provided that the collaboration works well for all parties. Selection and interviews take place continuously, which means that the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the recruitment process has a summer break during weeks 28–31, which results in longer response times during this period.
