At Furuvägen, our specialized housing facility with a focus on dementia care, 30 residents live and the staff consists of approximately 40 employees. In the night shift team, we are six people – and now we are looking for a colleague.

What do you do here?

As a night nurse assistant at Furuvägen, you work with standard care tasks within elder care. The work includes personal care, and you share primary responsibility/care contact with the day staff. You will also:

• Perform delegated health and medical care tasks according to current legislation.

• Work with implementation plans, planning, and documentation.

• Execute decided interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a professional attitude and let ethics and values guide your work, even in stressful situations. You are collaborative, calm, and attentive, and you have a respectful approach. You have the ability to understand other people's perspectives without taking over their emotions yourself.

You are trained as a nurse assistant, preferably with a focus on dementia care, geriatrics, health pedagogy, or special education, and hold a professional certificate. Your knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is good, and you have a B driver's license.

Experience of night work within care and nursing and of journal documentation on computer and smartphone is meritorious.

Good to know

The position is full-time, night shift, with work both weekdays and weekends according to schedule.

A certificate of good conduct will be requested.
