Here, you work closely with patients in their home environment and have great opportunities to plan your own workday. We offer a work schedule that provides better balance in everyday life: work every fourth weekend and only seven evenings during an eight-week period. Job Responsibilities

As a nurse in our nursing organization, you work independently with patient responsibility within municipal health and medical care. The work involves, among other things, performing standard nursing tasks within municipal elderly care. The work is partly carried out through HSL assignments from the Region. You lead and support nursing staff in medical matters. You collaborate with other professions regarding patient care. You supervise new colleagues and students. You participate in workplace meetings and contribute to the development of operations. The role may also include areas of responsibility and PAS responsibility within one of our special housing facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience from home care or municipal health and medical care
• Relevant further education
• Experience with the operation systems Combine and Cosmic-link
