We are currently looking for a licensed psychologist for our psychiatric training clinic in Falun. Here, specialist physicians and resident physicians work together in a knowledge-intensive and developing environment where education and patient care are integrated into daily work.

As a psychologist, you will become an important part of the team and contribute psychological expertise in close collaboration with physicians and other professions within the organization.

The position as a psychologist involves splitting your work between the training clinic and the outpatient clinic, which are co-located in the same premises. This offers the opportunity for varied work with broad insight into the operations and close collaboration within adult psychiatry. The work includes assessment, evaluation, treatment, and psychological interventions for adult patients in psychiatric outpatient care. You will work consultatively and collaboratively with resident physicians, specialists, and other team members. The position is shared between the training clinic and the outpatient clinic, which are co-located. This provides the opportunity for varied and stimulating work where you can combine clinical patient care with participation in an education-oriented activity.

• Psychological assessments, diagnosis, investigation, and treatment.

Merits:

• Previous experience with neuropsychiatric investigations.
• Specialist education in clinical psychology, psychological treatment, or neuropsychology.
