At the Swedish Migration Agency, we work with one of today's major societal challenges – migration. We are a total of approximately 6,000 people here, and we have an unusually important job!
Administration Manager Public 360 – Build the next generation of information management at the Swedish Migration Agency
Do you want to lead the establishment of a completely new administration organization while simultaneously driving one of the Swedish Migration Agency's most important digitalization initiatives?
We are now looking for a senior Administration Manager for Public 360 – the Swedish Migration Agency's new document and case management system. This role is perfect for you if you want to combine strategic responsibility, business development, and system-adjacent work in an organization where digitalization makes a real difference.
You will join at an early stage and become a key person in establishing both working methods, structure, and long-term administration. This is not a role where everything is already in place – on the contrary, you will have the opportunity to influence how future information management should function within one of Sweden's largest authorities.
Public 360 is initially implemented for diary registration and handling of official documents, but the solution is an important part of the Swedish Migration Agency's continued development in document management, case management, and digital business development.
About the role
As Administration Manager, you are responsible for building and developing the administration of Public 360 together with the business operations, technical functions, and external suppliers.
The role is broad and combines:
- strategic administration management
- change management and business development
- coordination between business and IT
- supplier management
- system-adjacent work and administration control
You will, among other things:
- establish and further develop a sustainable administration organization
- drive the implementation and further development of Public 360
- coordinate work between business, technology, archives, legal, and security
- build up support, training, and superuser structures
- be responsible for dialogue with the supplier regarding roadmap, further development, and deliveries
- work with budget, prioritization, and planning within the administration
- contribute to the development of future digital working methods and information management at the authority
You will have great opportunities to influence both the solution, working methods, and direction forward.

We believe you have:
- several years of experience in administration management or similar leadership roles
