As a Restaurant Assistant at MAX, you are a key person in our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level, both in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work in a team and have varied tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and manage the cash register, ensuring guests receive exactly what they ordered. At MAX, joy of work, camaraderie, and development are always at the center. During your first days, you will learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, as well as through digital training on our learning platform, MAX Academy.

How does the process work?

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of various situations that may arise in daily life at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This gives you an early insight into what it is like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

After reviewing both your application and your test results, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you move forward in the process, you will be invited for an interview. If you do not proceed, you will receive notification via email. We handle applications on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.

Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and therefore we cannot advance candidates who do not complete the test.
