Centralmontage is now looking for an electrical designer/estimator who wants to combine customer dialogue, estimation, and technical solutions in a role with great variety and significant responsibility. The operations cover electrification and power supply via electrical cabinets, with a clear focus on customer-specific solutions. The company has approximately 20 employees today and continues to grow.

About the Role

This is a role for you who wants to work closer to the business side without letting go of the technology.

The focus is on customer dialogue, estimation, and quotation work where you help customers find the right solution based on their needs. To succeed in the role, you need to have an understanding of electrical design and be able to interpret drawings, technical documents, and solutions – but the work is less about pure detailed design and more about translating technology into business.

You will become a key link between the customer, design, production, and project management.

You will, among other things:

• Prepare estimates and quotations based on customer inquiries
• Have dialogue with customers regarding technical solutions and choices
• Be involved in sales and technical advisory
• Interpret drawings and single-line diagrams
• Work with technical documents and design as needed
• Collaborate closely with production and project management

Have experience within electrical work and feel confident in technical solutions and design – but also enjoy customer contact and business dialogue.

You do not need to be a traditional salesperson, but you need to thrive in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and contributing to creating good business deals.

Requirements

• Electrical education
• Experience with electrical design or technical electrical work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and single-line diagrams
• Good computer skills
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
