Are you a medical secretary/healthcare administrator and want to work with us?

We are expanding our team and are now looking for two experienced and skilled medical secretaries who have worked with Cosmic and are proficient in speech recognition software. These are two temporary positions, each lasting 9 months.

About Us

At the Women's Clinic, all professional categories work closely together; we are a clinic with a large operational mandate. We have a maternity ward/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a gynecological ward with emergency services and surgical operations. We also offer specialized maternal care, an ultrasound clinic, a gynecological outpatient surgery clinic, a midwife clinic, several family centers, a gynecological clinic with emergency services, a youth clinic, and a SESAM clinic.

We need flexible and reliable employees who can work across different units and see opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

The duties will largely consist of standard tasks for a medical secretary, as well as some clinic-specific tasks that are adapted based on demand. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and flexibility.

We have been working in Cosmic since September 16, 2025. We also work in several different IT-based systems, national quality registers, Tele-Q, etc.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary/healthcare administrator with good knowledge of terminology and the Swedish language. Experience with Cosmic and speech recognition systems is a plus.

We value traits such as a positive attitude, engagement, flexibility, customer service orientation, and good interpersonal skills. You have a professional work approach and are good at organizing your work. You thrive in collaboration with others while taking personal responsibility. There is an opportunity for part-time remote work.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Employment Type
