The role in brief:

• The goal is to recruit new monthly donors for our charity partners.
• The work involves actively contacting people, having conversations, and inspiring them to support important causes.
• Door-to-door and face-to-face contact: you actively meet people in well-chosen locations. We also work indoors at fixed stands.
• Outdoor and indoor work at various locations.

• Flexible working hours: shifts are available every day of the week, including weekends. Shifts are 4–6 hours long and can be adjusted to your preferences.
• Your availability between 16:00–20:00 on weekdays is particularly important.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good communication skills in Swedish and/or English.
• Has good social competence and situational awareness.
• Has documented experience in sales or fundraising – this is a great advantage but not a requirement. Here, you can develop your skills and take the next step in your career.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is driven by self-motivation to develop.
