In this role, you will actively sell in the field as part of our fundraising project, while coaching and coordinating a growing team based in Västerbotten.

Job Description:

Sales and coaching of new fundraising salespeople – leading by example in the field.
Plan and maintain maps for door-to-door campaigns, and plan locations for face-to-face interactions.
Creative and independent work methods, planning and executing tasks, and collaborating with our sales team.

Competencies

Experience leading sales teams and driving teamwork towards set goals.
Skilled in setting sales targets and monitoring results by creating and analyzing sales reports.
Competence in producing and structuring sales documentation, as well as meticulously maintaining sales records.
Strong leadership skills with experience in supporting and guiding others in their work.
