Commission-Based Sales Representative for SaaS Company
A Swedish SaaS company within the workshop industry is now looking for commission-based sales representatives who want to work with telephone-based sales targeting independent auto repair shops in Sweden.
We sell a modern business system that helps workshops handle customer inquiries, quotes, bookings, work orders, and customer communication in a more structured and digital way. SaaS means that the customer uses the system as a cloud-based service and pays a recurring fee for access.
You do not need prior knowledge about cars, workshops, or business systems. The most important thing is that you enjoy sales, are confident on the phone, and are motivated by results.
About the Role
As a sales representative, you are responsible for finding and contacting independent auto repair shops across Sweden yourself. The product can be sold to workshops throughout Sweden, with the exception of Skåne, which is currently a saturated market.
Therefore, it does not matter where in the country you live, as long as you are comfortable working remotely and contacting potential customers via phone. You work from home and largely plan your own days, but we have joint check-ins via video meeting in the morning and afternoon.
Sales are primarily conducted via phone, but visits to potential workshop customers can facilitate the sales process. During a visit, you can demonstrate the business system, the booking platform, and show how the solution can help the workshop in practice.

This is a commission-based position without a fixed base salary. However, the commission is high, making this role particularly interesting for those who are driven, self-motivated, and want the opportunity to significantly increase their income over time.
Your Responsibilities
- Find and contact independent auto repair shops in Sweden, excluding Skåne
- Present our business system and schedule further dialogue
- Demonstrate the business system and booking platform to potential customers
- Follow up with interested workshops
- Build your own pipeline of potential customers
- Work systematically with calls, follow-ups, and results
- Participate in daily check-ins via video meeting
We are looking for someone who

- Is clear, professional, and trustworthy in conversations
- Wants to be part of a growing SaaS company early on
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required. A driver's license (Category B) is also advantageous, as physical visits to potential workshop customers can make it easier to demonstrate the product and move forward in the sales process.
