About the Role

Your task is to contact companies such as:

• Offices
• Shops
• Real Estate Companies
• Construction Companies
• Industrial and Business Premises

You will briefly present Städkompaniet's services and schedule appointments between the company and our sales representatives/cleaning consultants.

You do not need to sell the cleaning services yourself or provide quotes. Your focus is on generating interest and booking qualified appointments.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00

Workplace

100 % Remote Work

You work from home or from any location of your choice.

All you need is:

• Stable internet connection
• Headset (preferred)

Compensation

The role is 100 % commission-based, meaning you directly influence your income through your performance.

You will receive compensation for completed appointments as well as the opportunity for extra bonuses when appointments lead to business deals.

For the right person, this can be very profitable. The better results you achieve, the higher your income will be.

We are looking for someone who

• Is positive and driven
• Has good social skills
• Speaks Swedish fluently
• Is comfortable using the phone as a work tool
• Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Wants to influence their own income

Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is an advantage but not a requirement. We value the right attitude, energy, and willingness to succeed above all else.
