The company owns and manages a well-maintained and attractive portfolio in central Eskilstuna, consisting of properties that the team is genuinely proud of.

The office is located at Klostergatan 1 – an attractive property with a prime location, reflecting the company's ambition regarding quality and well-being – both for tenants and employees.

About the Role

In the role of Renter/Landlord & Property Administrator, you will have a varied daily routine with high customer interaction, combining administration with customer contact and practical tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting apartment viewings
• Working with renting and marketing of vacant properties
• Managing rent invoices and ongoing administration
• Receiving and following up on complaints and repair requests
• Communicating with craftsmen and suppliers
• Collaborating closely with the company's own property caretakers
• Performing and administering inspections
• Documenting defects and measures
• Ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction

You are:

• Service-oriented and solution-focused
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated while enjoying teamwork
• Comfortable with customer contact and taking responsibility
• Previous experience in a similar role is meritorious
• Experience in a service job with administrative responsibilities and high customer contact is meritorious

Experience from the real estate industry or similar administrative roles is a plus – but your commitment and attitude are the most important.
