About the Role

Our client is an established Swedish logistics company with a strong focus on sustainable and climate-smart transport. By combining modern technology, high safety standards, and environmental awareness, they are driving the development of future logistics solutions. You will initially be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client during the first 6 months. The goal is a long-term solution where you may eventually be hired directly by the client.

Responsibilities

In the role of Workshop Technician, you will be part of the workshop's technical team and collaborate closely with colleagues in maintenance, production, safety, and quality. The role involves close cooperation with supervisors, planners, and external suppliers to ensure the right resources and competence during repairs and improvement projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to reduced downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repair, as well as participate in the development of improved work routines and methods within the company.

In this role, you will also:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to documented standards
• Work with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Document completed work and report deviations in quality, safety, and working environment
• Inspect the workshop's machines, tools, and equipment
• Participate in improvement work and contribute to the development of work methods and routines
• Collaborate closely with management, planners, and maintenance planners to ensure efficient and reliable operations

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in mechanical work and technical troubleshooting
• Are accustomed to working according to drawings, schedules, and documented instructions
• Are meticulous, structured, and responsible in your approach to work
• Have a safety-conscious attitude and good teamwork skills
• Have good knowledge of Swedish

It is an advantage if you have:

• Technical education in workshop technology, mechanical engineering, or other relevant technical education
• Experience with maintenance systems and electronic deviation or documentation management
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards
• Experience in improvement work and leading small development projects in a workshop environment
