About the Role

As an Automation Electrician at Skruf Snus, you will work with all equipment throughout the entire production flow. You will carry out planned electrical maintenance on the equipment in collaboration with the maintenance department, as well as reactive maintenance when needed. You will be part of a new group of electricians organizationally placed under Technology, working closely with the factory's mechanics and technicians. You will also participate in various projects ranging from capacity improvements and quality enhancements to safety or cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out planned electrical maintenance according to schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in the machinery fleet during your shift.
• Collaborate with others in your department to achieve strategically set goals.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the machinery fleet within your area.
• Follow current safety procedures and contribute to a safer workplace.
• Ensure that the 5S standard is always maintained within your areas of responsibility.
• Lead or participate in electrical-related projects.

Your Profile

As an Automation Electrician, you need to be driven, structured, and receptive. In this role, you will also work closely with large parts of the organization, meaning you must appreciate collaborating with various individuals and departments.

Requirements for the Automation Electrician role include:

• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both in writing and speech.
• Documented experience in a similar role.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work on continuous improvements.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team without issues.
• Experience with electrical work in a production facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the tobacco industry (minimum experience in the food industry).
• Documented training in machine safety such as CSME, CECE, or equivalent.
• Documented training in BAM.
• Other electrical safety training.
