We are looking for a Specialist Training Doctor (ST-läkare) in General Practice for our medical clinic. This is the position for you if you are looking for the opportunity to shape your own development and work!

Primary Care Centre Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health centres, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the Child Health Centre unit, 1177- and emergency clinics in the evenings and weekends, and the Centre for General Practice Education. Region Östergötland's Specialist Training (ST) in General Practice is organized by the Centre for General Practice Education (AMC), where study directors and education secretaries coordinate side studies, arrange courses and training, and participate in designing the ST doctor's education plan. Vårdcentralen Lyckorna is a health centre close to the Hospital in Motala with bus connections and a stop right outside the centre. Motala, the "City of Cycling," is beautifully located by Lake Vättern, where the Göta Canal flows out from the east. Job Description
You are genuinely interested in general practice and see a future within primary care. Here, you will receive top-class training at a very well-functioning and well-staffed health centre with a good work environment and good supervision. You will be the designated doctor for a limited list of patients throughout your entire ST training. On-call duties are included in the work.

Work Group
The health centre is staffed with specialists in general practice, ST doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, care administrators, social workers, rehab coordinators, and foot care specialists. We have a Child Health Centre (BVC), responsibility for four nursing homes, and medical supervision in municipal home care.
About You
You are a licensed physician holding a medical license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have Swedish language skills corresponding to documented level C1, as you must be able to communicate freely with patients, relatives, and colleagues. If you have not completed your Internship (AT) or have not passed the Basic Competence (BT) according to BT, there is an opportunity to complete BT during the first year of employment.
You have excellent teamwork skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work, taking great responsibility for your listed patients. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. We want you to be unpretentious, helpful, and enjoy working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
