Our Offer

At Vårdcentrum Finspång, we have gathered resources for safe, close, and high-quality healthcare in collaboration with Finspång Municipality. Vårdcentrum Finspång belongs to Primary Care Centre (PVC) and includes a health centre with Child Health Centre (BVC), district nurse clinic, laboratory, own emergency clinic, and a rehabilitation organization. The Close Care Clinic, which operates 24/7, includes a close care ward and LAH (Long-term Acute Care). Our goal is to be an attractive workplace by promoting a work environment that provides balance between work and leisure. The entire operation consists of approximately 230 employees in various positions. Characteristic of Vårdcentrum Finspång's operations is good collaboration between units and different professional groups. The close cooperation with Finspång Municipality primarily concerns home care for our shared citizens.

We maintain and develop your competence by allowing you to combine your patient work with other assignments and participate in networks. Mentoring students is part of the assignment and is part of competence development. The Close Care Clinic offers opportunities for further education through external and internal training. Job Description

The Close Care Ward has 14 beds where investigation, rehabilitation, and aftercare are conducted for medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients. There are also palliative beds for LAH-connected patients. We work in teams, one nurse and two nursing assistants, where we, together with doctors and rehabilitation staff, are responsible for the patient's basic and specific care. You will join a ward where you will learn a lot and gain breadth in your competence. We actively work to maintain a good work environment where everyone has the opportunity to be seen and heard. Key words for the Close Care Ward are good care, where we strive for person-centered and patient-safe care.

Working hours are rotating and scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts upon request. The Close Care Clinic strives to offer attractive and healthy schedules. Weekend work is included. We apply individual schedule planning.

About You

You are a licensed nurse. Professional experience as a nurse is desired, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. We care that employees feel secure with us, which is why we offer you an individual introduction. You will have continuous follow-up meetings with your manager and an individual development plan. Since you will communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues, it is important that you have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for you who, with joy and commitment, want to develop within your profession and be part of the development of our organization. As a person, you are flexible, structured, have good teamwork skills, and good social skills. You are curious, have personal maturity, and empathy. You have an approach where the patient is in focus. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability and that you are the right person for our operations.
