At Vårdcentrum Finspång, we have gathered resources for safe, close, and high-quality healthcare in collaboration with the Municipality of Finspång. Vårdcentrum Finspång is part of Primärvårdscentrum (PVC) and includes a health center with Child Health Services (BVC), district nurse clinic, laboratory, own emergency clinic, and a rehabilitation organization. The Primary Care Clinic, which operates 24/7, includes a primary care ward and LAH (Local Ambulatory Healthcare). The entire operation consists of just over 230 employees in various positions. A characteristic feature of Vårdcentrum Finspång's operations is good collaboration between units and different professional groups. The close cooperation with the Municipality of Finspång concerns primarily home care for our joint residents.

Job Description

Working within the night organization at the Primary Care Clinic means taking responsibility, as a team with nurses and assistant nurses, for the inpatients on the primary care ward, patients in hospital-linked home care, and municipal home care. The primary care ward consists of 14 care beds where investigation, aftercare, and rehabilitation are conducted for medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients. Within LAH and municipal home care, planned and unplanned visits are carried out to make assessments and provide basic and specific palliative care.

Telephone advice to care personnel within home help services is also part of our duties. We also travel on assignments from 1177. We have close cooperation with nurses in special housing. We work from a person-centered perspective and place great emphasis on teamwork where the competence of all professions is utilized and where our combined competence and experience is the core of the care design.

About You

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with a few years of experience. You need a driver's license for your position. We care that employees feel secure with us, which is why we offer you an individual introduction. You will have continuous follow-up meetings with your manager and an individual development plan. Since you will communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues, it is important that you have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for you who, with joy and commitment, want to develop within your profession and be part of the development of our organization. As a person, you are flexible, structured, have good collaboration skills, and good social skills. You are curious, have personal maturity, and an empathetic ability. You have an approach where the patient is in focus. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability and that you are the right person for our operations.

Working hours are rotating and scheduled during the day and evening. The Primary Care Clinic strives to offer attractive and healthy schedules. Weekend work is included. We apply individual schedule planning. There are also opportunities to be introduced to LAH operations and the primary care ward for a future rotational position.
