Your responsibilities:

As part of our Housekeeping department, you play a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and care in keeping the hotel clean and inviting directly impacts our guests' experience. We are now looking for an engaged employee who wants to contribute to the department's success.

Your main tasks:

• Cleaning, maintenance, and furnishing of our common areas, conference spaces, staff areas, and hotel premises according to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all amenities are replenished and functioning properly.
• Respond to guest inquiries and handle any issues quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with reception and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and high quality.
• Actively participate in department meetings and follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Contribute to the department's success in terms of guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial goals.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• A proactive work approach and the willingness to go the extra mile.

This is a permanent/full-time position at 75% with immediate start. The role involves varying shift work, including evenings and weekends. 6-month probation period.
