As a Team Leader, together with the responsible Operations Manager, you are a key person in ensuring a well-functioning delivery to our customers.

You assist in distributing work among employees and ensuring that services are carried out correctly.

Your main responsibilities include, among other things:

• leading the Service Employees (cleaning staff) in their work
• onboarding new employees
• performing quality controls and other practical tasks
• having daily contact with the customer
• performing cleaning duties when required
• scheduling and recruiting substitutes as needed
• delivering and ordering materials
• acting as a substitute for the Operations Manager, as needed

The position is full-time.

About You

At Northclean, personality and the willingness to learn are the most important factors. We also look for the following:

• previous experience in the industry
• documented experience in instructing/team leading
• experience working administratively
• Valid B-driver's license
• Insta 800 Level 3 certification
• SRY/PRYL education or equivalent
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
