Project Manager Painting, Gothenburg

As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for your projects, from tender to final delivery. You drive the business forward, develop customer relationships, and ensure quality, economics, and schedules.

We are looking for you who are a confident leader with a business drive and a fingertip feel for customer relations. You have the ability to hold both the big picture and see the details that make a difference.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead projects from tender to final delivery, with full responsibility for economics, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction
• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Drive tender processes, follow up on quotes, and negotiate commercial terms
• Plan, organize, and follow up on projects, both in detail and from a future perspective
• Collaborate closely with project teams, estimators, and management to ensure that projects meet set goals
• Maintain clear dialogue with customers, partners, and subcontractors
• Follow up on results, analyze experiences, and contribute to developing processes for the future

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience as a project manager within painting and coatings
• Good understanding of economics, contracts, and tender processes (LOU/FKU and framework agreements are meritorious)
• Strength in negotiation and the ability to create long-term trust with customers and partners
• Experience working systematically, following up on results, and driving projects to completion with quality and profitability
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude as well as the desire to be part of developing something large

Meritorious is experience of total contracts, public procurement, or industrial projects within coatings/painting.
