XERVON's team in Gothenburg is responsible for scaffolding and weather protection assignments throughout WESTERN SWEDEN. Our approximately 55 scaffolders work on everything from complex maintenance work in the industry to various construction and infrastructure projects. Our goal is to be Sweden's safest scaffolding company, which means we place high demands on a structured work approach and genuine safety awareness among all our employees.

Your Profile

As a scaffolder, you are expected to hold a BYN/STIB competency certificate or equivalent professional certification. You should be able to perform simple calculations and apply them in practice. A Category B driver's license is required. If you have weather protection training or other complementary education, that is an extra plus. Have you also worked as a lead scaffolder or been a mentor for apprentices? Great!

As a person, you are meticulous and understand the importance of working safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You are good at building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, customers, and others you meet in your work.

Other Information

The position is full-time and permanent. We apply a probationary period. Working hours are mostly during daytime, Monday – Friday, but on-call work and work at inconvenient times may occur. You are based in Gothenburg, but the role may also involve travel to other locations. As an employee at XERVON, you receive favorable terms.
