About the role

As a personal assistant, you work to support people with disabilities so they can live their lives according to their own wishes and conditions. The work is varied and adapted to the individual's needs.

The tasks may include, among other things:

• Support with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
• Help with meals and household chores
• Accompanying to work, studies, leisure activities, and social events
• Practical and social support in daily life
• Contributing to security, independence, and participation

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are engaged, responsible, and have a genuine interest in working with people. Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We believe you:

• Are empathetic and receptive
• Have a good attitude and teamwork skills
• Can work independently and take personal responsibility
• Speak and understand Swedish fluently
• Are at least 18 years old

Summer positions and hourly contracts

We are looking for both:

• Summer substitutes who can work during the holiday period
• Hourly employees who wish to work as needed, for example, when regular staff is absent or during periods of increased need

Working hours vary depending on the assignment and can be scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience in personal assistance, care, or social services
• Driver's license
• Access to a personal car for some assignments

The conditions differ between our assignments. Some workplaces are centrally located with good transport links, while others may require a driver's license or a personal car.
