We are now looking for more assistants to join our team for a wonderful young man in Horred!

Our little star loves going out and finding various activities, such as visiting the swimming pool, taking walks with his crocodile (walker), and visiting playgrounds. The customer has an activity schedule that the assistants follow. He attends school and finishes at 2:40 PM on weekdays.

It is important that you, as the applicant, have drive and engagement, as it is crucial for him to receive both social and physical stimulation in his daily life. For us, it is important that you connect with the customer, are attentive to his needs and wishes, and that you are empathetic and respect his integrity.

You are close to laughter and are ready to make your own decisions and take initiatives to relieve family members. You are responsible, collaborative, good at inspiring, and enjoy an active life.

Your Responsibilities

The duties include tasks common to the profession, ranging from individualized care to household chores. The assistance is based at the customer's home but also involves accompanying him to activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner.

Note: A valid driver's license is required for this assignment.

Working Hours

• Morning shifts on weekdays: 06:30–08:30
• Evening shifts on weekdays: 14:30–19:30 (Fridays until approx. 18:00)

We are looking for both hourly substitutes and part-time employees with a fixed working percentage. During school holidays, the customer requires more assistant hours, and there is also an opportunity to work during weekends.
