Description

As a therapist with a focus on family, you work with change and treatment processes where you engage with perpetrators of violence, victims of violence, individuals facing social difficulties, and those exhibiting norm-breaking behavior among children, youth, and adults. You work with assignments from investigating social secretaries. The aim of the work is to equip the target group with tools for an independent life. Within the unit, we work intensively with development and innovation, with a strong focus on the user.

In accordance with the new Social Services Act, we work with and offer several interventions based on IUB (intervention without needs assessment) to provide rapid support to individuals.

The Resource Team is an operational unit consisting of various competencies working specifically on family or adult treatment. We also have a Family Center within the unit that works preventively with children and parents. The role of Family Home Secretary complements and is part of the Resource Team. We have a flexible approach where we, together within the Resource Team, tailor interventions to individuals, utilizing everyone's competencies. We are constantly working on competence development to meet the needs of our target group.

Responsibilities

The content of the therapeutic work is customized based on individual needs. The responsibilities include, for example, treatment both individually and in groups. The assignment involves working flexibly and proactively, offering treatment interventions in both home environments and our facilities, depending on needs. Development work, collaboration, and documentation in the form of journal notes are important parts of the role. The work is performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues within the Resource Team, primarily during daytime hours. Evening work is also part of the assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science, or another higher education degree that the employer deems equivalent for the position.

Experience in similar tasks is meritorious but not a requirement.

As a person, you are flexible, stable, and structured, providing users with the support they need to move forward in their change process. Good communication and collaboration skills are important for the role. You have a positive attitude and are skilled at inspiring and motivating others. Personal suitability is highly valued.

A B-class driver's license is required for the position.
