We are looking for an engaged and warm personal assistant for an active teenager with autism. The client values security, a big heart, and the ability to keep up with his pace, while also being present during calmer moments without getting bored.

You will support, inspire, respect, and motivate the client in daily routines and activities. We are looking for someone who is playful, engaged, and able to work with a low-affective approach.

Experience with autism and the role of a personal assistant is advantageous, but personality is the top priority. It is essential that the chemistry works with both the client and the entire family. The household also includes siblings with personal assistance and pets, so you must not have a fur allergy.

Workplace and Conditions

The workplace is located in Glanshammar. Since public transportation is limited, a driver's license and access to a car are required.

Working hours are currently during the day and evening, with the possibility of working some weekends.

Before employment, good references must be provided, and a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be presented.
