Björkris is Kungsbacka's largest care and nursing home, completed in the spring of 2023. Here you will find 120 modern and cozy apartments where each resident has the opportunity to create their own safe daily life. With proximity to the commuter train and only 20 minutes to Gothenburg, it is a convenient and accessible workplace.

The Role of Nursing Assistant with Us

In the job, you provide good care and social support based on the resident's needs. Your work also includes social documentation, various health and medical tasks, as well as planning and carrying out daily activities for a pleasant existence for our residents. We work qualitatively and goal-oriented with BPSD registers and other methods that promote a person-centered approach where care and support take place safely and securely based on the individual's needs and wishes. We want to be able to offer security to those we are here for, where we see collaboration as a key factor for our organization. We believe the role of the contact person is very important and want you to take great responsibility in this area.

At our residence, the Service Administration cleans the residents' apartments, and our work clothes are sent for circulating laundry. Your schedule will be set for days, evenings, and every other weekend. You are expected to perform delegated health and medical tasks based on your position and the operations' needs.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and sensitive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, deliver results, and prioritize your work in an efficient manner. You see opportunities in changes, take initiative, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work

We offer a permanent full-time position with appointment according to agreement.

About permanent day/evening employment: The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Care & Support, all employees within home care and care and nursing homes are employed at 100% capacity, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their capacity to the desired level based on operational needs.
