In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will work broadly to support customers, handle cases, and ensure a high level of service. You will help customers find the right solutions and handle both questions and problems in everyday life.

Examples of tasks include:

• Customer support via phone and email
• Order registration and order management
• Order verification and preparation for invoicing
• Handling credit cases
• Administrative tasks related to customer data
• Internal support to other departments, e.g., sales

You will become part of a small team and report to the responsible manager within customer service.

You are motivated by delivering top-class service and have a good ability to quickly understand the customer's needs. You are solution-oriented, flexible in your approach, and thrive in a pace where you handle multiple cases in parallel.

We see that you:

• Have experience in customer service
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Are comfortable with IT systems
• Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics

The position is initially for 3 months with a chance of extension, starting in August. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.
