About the RoleIn the role of Customer Service Representative, you will work broadly to support customers, handle cases, and ensure a high level of service. You will help customers find the right solutions and handle both questions and problems in everyday life.
Examples of tasks include:
- Customer support via phone and email
- Order registration and order management
- Order verification and preparation for invoicing
- Handling credit cases
- Administrative tasks related to customer data
- Internal support to other departments, e.g., sales
You will become part of a small team and report to the responsible manager within customer service.
About YouYou are motivated by delivering top-class service and have a good ability to quickly understand the customer's needs. You are solution-oriented, flexible in your approach, and thrive in a pace where you handle multiple cases in parallel.
We see that you:
- Have experience in customer service
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
- Are comfortable with IT systems
- Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics

The position is initially for 3 months with a chance of extension, starting in August. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.
