We are currently looking for an experienced catering chef who wants to help create top-quality culinary experiences – whether it involves an intimate dinner, a corporate event, or large-scale production.

No two days are the same here. We work with everything from exclusive dinners and events to large catering deliveries where quality, precision, and logistics are crucial. Therefore, we are looking for you who have several years of experience in catering production and thrive on combining high speed with high ambitions.

You understand that successful catering is about delivering the same quality to 300 guests as to 30. You are structured, solution-oriented, and proud of your craft. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys working closely with the kitchen, service staff, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Planning and production of catering for both small and large events
• Ensuring high quality and consistency in all deliveries
• Participate in menu planning and development of catering concepts
• Responsible for efficient production, preparation, and packaging
• Ensure food handling and hygiene routines are followed
• Participate in the execution of events and catering assignments as needed
• Work actively to minimize waste and optimize ingredient usage
• Collaborate closely with the head chef and other team members to ensure the highest quality

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in catering production or large-scale kitchen operations
• Is accustomed to working with both large volumes and high quality standards
• Has good planning skills and works in a structured manner
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize correctly
• Has good knowledge of food safety and self-control procedures
• Is flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Speaks Swedish or English
