Ground Operation Karlshamn

TT-Line AB is now looking for an employee for our Ground Operation, check-in, in Karlshamn.

We are seeking a reliable and service-minded employee dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers boarding our ships. The role involves working early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on our ships' departures from Karlshamn harbor. We need someone available to start as soon as possible for in-house training, with recruitment ongoing, so apply without delay.

Ground Operation is based at the port of Karlshamn, and living nearby is a plus. In this role, you'll assist customers with bookings and check-ins, with shifts varying throughout the week depending on operational needs.

Qualifications:

• You are welcoming and positive, representing TT-Line by meeting and assisting hundreds of travelers with a service-oriented approach.
• You stay flexible and calm under pressure, working well both independently and as part of a team.
• You take initiative, are thorough, and handle responsibilities with a strong work ethic.
• You have prior experience in customer service and are open to learning new computer systems.
• You possess strong language skills, with fluent Swedish and English as a must; additional languages like German, Polish, or Lithuanian are a plus.
