Sundbyberg City's night patrol is responsible for the safety of residents with home care services and security alarms. We meet people in their homes during the quietest hours of the day – when our presence makes the biggest difference.

We are now looking for several summer substitutes who want to contribute to making every night in Sundbyberg feel safe.

About Us

You will work together with dedicated colleagues in a tightly knit team where collaboration and support are a natural part of everyday life. We work in pairs, share experiences, and solve challenges together – whether it involves an urgent security alarm or a calm, safety-promoting visit.

We are often the first on the scene, before the ambulance and nurses, which requires good judgment and calmness in the role. Technology and empathy go hand in hand in our work, and the sense of community within the group is one of our greatest strengths.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform care interventions for care recipients according to approved decisions
• Respond to security alarms and emergency dispatches
• Collaborate with nurses, ambulance services, relatives, and other stakeholders
• Document interventions digitally via mobile phone
• Follow current procedures and contribute to a safe and professional way of working

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Nursing assistant education or education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Category B driver's license and good driving skills
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Experience with documentation and digital tools

Merits

• CPR training
• Experience from emergency care or alarm dispatch
• Experience working with security alarms or digital care solutions
• Previous experience with night shifts within healthcare and social care
• Experience with documentation in Pulsen Combine or similar systems

• Working hours: Night, 21:00–07:00, weekdays and weekends
