About us – an employee-owned practice with strong teamwork

Vibblaby General Practice is an established and fully employee-owned health center. Being employee-owned means short decision-making paths and minimal bureaucracy.

We have an open and non-hierarchical climate where we support each other in daily life. We work in well-functioning teams, and in addition to the medical staff, we have experienced district nurses and psychologists on site. We use the medical record system TakeCare and offer our patients modern accessibility through physical visits, chat, and video consultations.

The practice is bright, modern, and strategically located in Jakobsberg – just a 5-minute walk from the commuter train station, making it easy to commute here from the greater Stockholm area.

Your role with us

As a Specialist in General Practice with us, you have overall responsibility for your listed patients. You provide broad and high-quality primary care, ranging from acute care to follow-up of chronic diseases.

The role also includes home visits as a natural and stimulating part of the daily work, giving you the opportunity to follow your patients through all stages of their care.

Since we value medical quality, we encourage collegial supervision, knowledge sharing, and discussions. You are also expected to contribute to the training of our ST (specialty training) and AT (internship) doctors and help develop our medical processes.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed physician with specialist competence in General Practice.

• Has a strong patient focus and is passionate about continuity and high medical quality.

• Thrives in a varied role that includes clinic work, digital care meetings, and home visits.

• Is confident in your medical role and has a good approach towards both patients and colleagues.

• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.

About Vibblaby General Practice

Vibblaby General Practice is a well-functioning, employee-owned health center providing primary care under contract with Region Stockholm. Our 7,600 listed patients rank us as the best health center in Järfälla in the national patient survey. We are located a five-minute walk from Jakobsberg station. In our bright and modern premises, we work with the patient at the center. Today, our team consists of six Specialist Doctors in General Practice, five ST-doctors, one AT-doctor, one psychologist, three district nurses, two specialist nurses, four nurses, five nursing assistants, one medical podiatrist, and two secretaries.
