Praktikertjänst Vård Rehab is part of Praktikertjänst AB and operates primary care rehabilitation at several units in the Stockholm Region. We combine the security of a large company with local commitment and close-knit operations.

Praktikertjänst Rehab Vällingby is a new operation with a planned launch this autumn. We are currently building a cross-professional team where every employee has the opportunity to influence the development, working methods, and culture of the operation. Here you get the chance to be there from the beginning and create the workplace you want to work at.

As a dietitian with us, you will become an important part of the patient-centered team and contribute your expertise in close collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professions.

You will also be part of the Praktikertjänst Vård Rehab dietitian network together with experienced dietitian colleagues from our other units. The network offers regular meetings, knowledge exchange, and professional development.

Responsibilities

As a dietitian in primary care rehabilitation, you will meet patients of different ages with varying needs. You will work with nutritional assessments, treatment, counseling, and follow-up in areas such as overweight, malnutrition, gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other conditions where diet and nutrition are an important part of the treatment.

The work is independent and varied, with great opportunities to plan and structure your workday. You will meet patients individually, can lead group interventions, and collaborate closely with other professions to create safe and high-quality care.

As part of the development of the new operation, there is also an opportunity to develop working methods, group activities, and collaboration models based on the needs of the operation and patients.

Qualifications

You are a licensed dietitian. Experience working in primary care or rehabilitation is meritorious, but we also welcome those who are relatively new to the profession and wish to develop together with us.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Other information
