In Järfälla Municipality, we have gathered all licensed personnel working within healthcare and social care at the Health and Medical Care Unit. We are a wonderful team consisting of nurses, rehabilitation staff, staffing assistants, and managers. We collaborate closely to ensure professional, person-centered care of the highest standard. The municipality has several care and support residences spread across Barkarbystaden, Viksjö, Jakobsberg, and Kallhäll. We also provide LSS housing, social psychiatric residences, and day activities for the elderly. Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are employed by the Health and Medical Care Unit but are placed at our various operations. As a nurse, you perform standard duties such as medication management, advising care staff, etc. You interact with doctors and other healthcare providers. You take action, inform, and document. Documentation is done in the municipality's electronic health record system, Lifecare HSL. Furthermore, you adhere to the laws and policy documents in place within the operations. The schedule includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• You must be a licensed nurse with at least 18 months of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.

Further education and/or work experience in emergency preparedness, geriatrics, psychiatry, ASIH (Advanced Specialized Home Healthcare), home healthcare, or similar is considered an asset. Experience with Procapita or LifeCare HSL is also a plus.

You build good relationships and maintain a professional attitude, as the role involves many interactions. You enter operations with a calm and professional demeanor, supporting care colleagues to ensure the safest assessment for the patient.
