Working as a nurse at WeMindAs a nurse, you are central to the patient's care. You are the primary care contact and coordinate interventions for the patient. You work independently, but never alone – around you is a multiprofessional team of colleagues with whom you collaborate closely. Meet our nurses.
Main responsibilities:
Psychiatric assessments and follow-up
Administration of medication
Follow-up of medication treatment
Care planning and annual check-ups
Counseling (also via phone)
We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is monitored using validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases participation and enables individualized treatment that creates real value for the patient. Follow-up is conducted digitally, which reduces the administrative burden and frees up more time for what you are passionate about – patient contact.
Working as a nurse with usOur clinic is a psychiatric outpatient clinic for patients with psychosis, including assessment of new-onset psychosis. We also have a neuropsychiatric team and receive patients with diagnosed autism and low functional level.
Our cross-professional team includes nurses, specialist doctors in psychiatry, care assistants, case managers, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. Each contributes their unique competence to the team. The role involves responsibility for follow-up of medication treatment, well-being, health, annual check-ups, coordination of interventions for patients, and administration of medication.

About youRegistered Nurse (RN)
Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
Experience in inpatient/outpatient psychiatry, advantageous
Experience working with patients with psychosis, advantageous
Good knowledge of neuropsychiatric conditions and experience working with patients, advantageous
You want to work broadly within psychiatry and appreciate structure, evidence, and systematic follow-up. You value the social work environment, collaboration with colleagues, and the opportunity to influence and develop the operations. You take initiative, contribute your competence, and thrive in an environment where we learn from each other.
