Do you want to work with patients with psychosis or autism where you can make a difference?

Here, you can make a difference every day. You will become an important part of our dedicated team, where your competence and genuine approach create safe, evidence-based care – while you develop professionally alongside colleagues who are passionate about the well-being of our patients.

Working as a nurse at WeMind

As a nurse, you are central to the patient's care. You are the primary care contact and coordinate interventions for the patient. You work independently, but never alone – around you is a multiprofessional team of colleagues with whom you collaborate closely. Meet our nurses.

Main responsibilities:

  • Psychiatric assessments and follow-up

  • Administration of medication

  • Follow-up of medication treatment

  • Care planning and annual check-ups

  • Counseling (also via phone)

We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is monitored using validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases participation and enables individualized treatment that creates real value for the patient. Follow-up is conducted digitally, which reduces the administrative burden and frees up more time for what you are passionate about – patient contact.
