Job Description
As a nurse at Humana Björnö, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the operation's and your colleagues' competence development, as you also train and supervise care staff when needed.

Examples of Tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions.
• Handle and follow up on documentation and deviations.
• Participate in the move-in process of new residents and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks.
• Mentorship and competence development of care staff.

About the Employment

Working hours and degree of employment: We staff with our own nurses during daytime Monday to Sunday, and you work every third weekend. Employment degree 100%.

Salary: Salary is based on agreement, and other benefits are according to collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement.

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have an easy time building relationships and possess good teamwork skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has knowledge of documentation in medical record systems (ICF).
• Has good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working within elderly care or home help services.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
• Experience with operations run by private companies.
• Experience with documentation work.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work within Sweden.
