This is Aleris ASIH Huddinge/Botkyrka Here, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, counselors, and occupational therapists work together – all with a common goal: to provide the best care at home. We are part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes two specialized palliative care wards, basic home healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

Aleris ASIH is located in several places in Stockholm, and in Huddinge/Botkyrka, we operate from our office in Tullinge. We move within a defined geographical area and use environmentally classified cars between patient visits.

We work with the medical record system TakeCare and the planning tool iTaci. Therefore, you need to be computer literate – but most importantly, you need to have a team spirit, patience, and the desire to put the patient first.

Who are you?

• You are a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
• You have a B driver's license and speak/write Swedish fluently
• You are confident in your role, have good medical competence, and enjoy collaborating
• Previous experience in ASIH is a big plus

We are looking for someone who is caring, curious, and communicative. You have an easy way of building trust, both with patients and colleagues – and you see the value in being part of something bigger.

The employment in brief: Hourly position. Start date: By agreement. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement applies.
