About Humana Sjöstadsgården

Humana Sjöstadsgården is a pleasant nursing home with 59 beds distributed over four floors – two dementia units and two somatic units. Here we work based on a person-centered approach in teams consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, where we together create the best conditions for good care and support.

Job Description

As a nurse at Humana Sjöstadsgården, you will be responsible for the care of 16 residents and will, among other things, be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the development of competence within the operations and for your colleagues, as you will, when necessary, educate and mentor the care staff.

Examples of tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions.
• Handle and follow up on documentation and deviations.
• Participate in the move-in process for new residents and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks.

About the employment

Working hours and degree of employment: We offer a permanent position at 100%. The working hours are during the day, between 07:00–17:00, with weekend duty every fifth weekend.

Salary: The salary is agreed upon, and other benefits are according to the collective agreement.

Start date: The position is planned to start on September 1st or as agreed.

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a licensed nurse with experience from elderly care and preferably experience registering in various quality systems. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a team with colleagues.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse.
• Have experience working in elderly care and dementia care.
• Preferably have knowledge of documenting in the journal system Vodok.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
